Although a traditional hand waxing and or staining is still available via ‘The Manor Furniture’ (price on application) most pine these days is supplied in it’s raw form or ‘In The White’ (ITW), which is unfinished to allow bespoke finishing with any paint or stain / wax finish one might desire.

For those who require a simple waxed look illustrated a quality ‘spray wax’ finish is also available to order at a 15% surcharge but remember all finishing will add to lead times and this should be taken into account of when ordering. The steel spring base is 8-way hand tied, ensuring rigidity and comfort for year to come. The seat cushions have pocket-coil springs and are formed from a mixture of foam, fibre and feather, whilst the back cushions are feather and fibre. The quality leather is an oil-wax pull-up, aniline dyed and to finish off the piece, solid Oak feet are used.

Colonial is a superb combination of aged leather and chenille fabric. Manufactured to the same extensive specifications as our other ranges, the seat cushions are pocket-coil sprung and filled with foam, fibre and feather. Pull-up leather, oiled and waxed, is used to give that wonderful patina of age with a subtle distressing.
